What the Novapure assistant can and cannot answer

The assistant answers questions about the catalog and your orders. It refuses a specific category of question by design, and this explains which and why.

Where it is switched on, the Novapure assistant helps with the catalog and with your own orders: finding a product, comparing options, explaining a policy, checking the status of something you placed.

Anything it says about a product is re-checked against the catalog before you see it. Names, options, prices, availability and links come from the same records the storefront uses, so the assistant cannot quote you a price or a stock figure that is out of date, and it cannot invent a product that does not exist.

It will not answer questions about dosing, preparation, administration, or effects in humans or animals, and it will not do so if the question is rephrased. That is not the assistant being unhelpful — it is the same rule that governs the product pages, applied consistently.

It also cannot see another customer's information, unpublished catalog records, or anything about how Novapure is run internally. It answers as a customer-facing assistant and has no privileged access to hand out.

Treat what it tells you as a pointer rather than the final word. For anything that matters to a compliance file or a purchasing decision, the product page and a written reply from us are the record; the assistant is a faster way to find them.
